I’m Kayla Gillispie, founder and designer behind White Olive Floral Company. My love for floral design began in my hometown flower shop, where I spent my high school and college years learning the craft and falling in love with the beauty of thoughtfully designed florals.

Today, I balance life as an elementary school teacher with creating timeless wreaths and arrangements that bring warmth and intention into the home. With over a decade of experience, each piece is designed with care, blending classic style, soft details, and seasonal charm.

White Olive Floral Company operates from our shop garage studio, where every design is handcrafted. You can also find us at select festivals and pop-up events throughout the year. My husband often helps behind the scenes, making this a true family-supported endeavor.
